What does “dedicated courier” mean?
Your consignment is carried exclusively for your job in one vehicle, travelling directly from collection to delivery without unrelated consignments.
Do you cover the whole UK?
ADIS offers UK-wide dedicated courier journeys. Each request is checked for route, timing, vehicle suitability and availability.
Can you collect outside business hours?
Potentially. Out-of-hours work is subject to availability and written confirmation before the booking is accepted.
Is the calculator price final?
No. It is an estimate based on entered mileage and hours, ADIS working rates and cost assumptions. The route, load, availability, VAT treatment and any tolls, parking or other extras must be confirmed in writing.
How are mileage and empty running handled?
Enter total job miles, including the relevant base-to-collection, collection-to-delivery and return/repositioning mileage. The final route and chargeable mileage are confirmed by ADIS.
What payment terms do you offer?
Approved business accounts have 14-day payment terms. Other payment arrangements are agreed when the quote is confirmed.
